  • Gabriel Said Reynolds is Professor of Islamic Studies and Theology at the University of Notre Dame and author of The Qur’an and the Bible and Allah: God in the Qur’an. His work explores the Qur’an in its Late Antique context, especially its engagement with Christian and Jewish traditions.
  • Jack Tannous is Associate Professor of History and Hellenic Studies at Princeton University. He specializes in the cultural history of the eastern Mediterranean in Late Antiquity, with a focus on Syriac-speaking Christian communities and early Christian-Muslim relations and is the author of The Making of the Medieval Middle East: Religion, Society, and Simple Believers.
